Providing comfort and reassurance if they wake up distressed or unwell. Ensuring regular wellbeing checks and responding to their needs.  WhatWe’re Looking For: ✔️ A passion for supporting young people. ✔️ Willingness to complete an NVQ Level 3 in Childcare (or equivalent). ✔️ Knowledge of best practices in residential children's care. ✔️ A flexible approach to night shifts. ✔️ A driving licence is a plus!  Readyto Make a Difference?
