Process amendments to orders, send purchase orders to the relevant printer and communicate with customer’s regarding the update to their order. Process sample requests. Deal with any customer or printer queries viaeither email or phone. Managing any orders for overseas delivery Working with our bespoke internal systems to meet relevant job KPI’s About You: Must have excellent IT and administrative skills.
