This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced construction professional to join a contractor working on high profile interesting projects throughout the North West. As one of two Operations Managers, you will be responsible for delivery of circa£75M worth of work per annum with between 2-4 projects all managed by experienced Pm's or PD's. The role provides a support system between the Construction Director and the site teams. Suitable candidates must be able to demonstrate strong man management experience - this may be gained as a Senior Project Manager over multiple projects, Project Director or Contracts Manager where you are now looking for a step up, or in a similar Operations Manager role. It is also essential that you have worked on technically complex projects in the residential / commercial sector. The company is able tosupport your development into the role, as long as you bring the right drive and passion to the position. MCIOB would be preferred but this isn’t
