Company Overview: A leading property management company is seeking a proactive and organised Office Manager to oversee the smooth running of its office operations. The company manages a diverse portfolio of commercial and residential properties across the UK, providing professional asset and property management services. Job Overview: As an Office Manager , you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the office, ensuring efficiency across administrative functions, facilities, and team support. You will play a key role in maintaining a professional work environment while supporting senior management and wider teams. Key Responsibilities: Oversee office operations, ensuring a well-organised and efficient working environment. Manage office supplies, contracts, and relationships with service providers. Act as the first point of contact for administrative and facility-related queries. Support HR functions, including onboarding, staff records, and company policies. Assist finance with invoice processing, budget tracking, and expense management. Coordinate internal meetings, events, and travel arrangements for senior staff. Ensure health& safety compliance, including risk assessments and procedures. Skills& Experience Required: Previous experience in an Office Manager , Administration, or PA/EA role, ideally within property or professional services. Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to work under pressure. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal teams and external suppliers. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and office management software. Knowledge of basic finance administration, including invoice processing and expense tracking. Understanding of health& safety and HR policies is beneficial.
