Job Description
Dunbar Education are seeking a Nursery Deputy Manager at an OFSTED regulated nursery in Slough. As the Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nursery, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and educational environment for all children. You will lead a team of enthusiastic staff, work closely with parents, and ensure the highest standards of care and learning are maintained.
Key Responsibilities
Supporting the Nursery Manager
Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements
Creating and implementing engaging educational programs
Building positive relationships with parents, children, and staff
Managing budgets, resources, and overall nursery operations
Qualifications and Experience:
A minimum of NVQ Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent
Experience working in an OFSTED regulated school will be beneficial, but is not a requirement
Previous experience in early childhood education or childcare management
Strong leadership and organisational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and health&safety standards
Passion for providing quality care and education to young children
