Job Introduction Night Care Assistant  Pay rate: 15.30 (Monthly Pay) Shift Pattern: 22:00pm - 8:00am Mon to Sun We've got a rewarding opportunity for the right person to work with an individual living in their family home in the Newquay area .  This person has has scoliosis and requires complex clinical needs, such as but this does not define them. More interestingly they attend a holiday park for short break on a monthly basis, go to school full time during the day and goes to a children's hospice every few months. We need people who have complex care experience with children or adults. Enriching activities will be an important factor in your support, and you will bring a wonderfully empathetic approach to truly make a difference to this person’s life. You will also need to bring previous experience with you in the following: Complex Care Spinal Injuries Epilepsy Management of seizures  Mental health What will your shift involve? In this role, you will be providing high-quality care on a 1:1 ensuring that the individual you support receives compassionate and attentive care tailored to their specific needs. Your responsibilities will include engaging with them in meaningful activities and taking them out in the community to promote their social interaction and well-being. Additionally, you will support with household tasks to maintain a clean and organized living environment that fosters comfort and independence. Clear and confident communication in their preferred manner will be essential to building a strong and trusting relationship.  More about Acuity Care Group We have been around for nearly 20 years so know our stuff!
