The Role: As a Conveyancing Auditor , you will be responsible for ensuring compliance, accuracy, and best practices across conveyancing transactions. Key responsibilities include: ? Conducting detailed audits of Sale and Purchase files to ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal policies. ? Identifying risks, discrepancies, and areas of non-compliance , recommending corrective actions. ? Providing feedback and support to conveyancers, promoting compliance and operational excellence. ? Assisting conveyancing teams with complex transactions, including title checks, mortgage offers, and post-completion work .
