This is a phenomenal opportunity to help roll out total productive maintenance across the site and assist the MaintenanceManager in his daily duties. You will have the ability to assist in driving world class manufacturing and plant maintenance! How you will do it Assist in the daily operations of a lively machining and manufacturing site. Respond to maintenance, breakdowns and project work. Ability to build assetcare plans and TPM schedules based on equipment and manufactures recommendation. Working closely with the Maintenance Manager, Production manager, Quality manager, Process engineers and production ops. Presenting at all levels, electronically and verbally. Respond to equipment breakdowns and Effective fault finding on Critical Production equipment. Plan and carry out repair, improvement and preventative maintenance work on all production equipment. Effective supervision of subcontractor activities as the need arises. Identification of continuous improvement of plant, equipment and systems. Compliance with the Health, Safety and Environmental Policy requirements within area of responsibility. Effective logging and documentation of reactive and planned maintenance tasks. Support with Planned Maintenance activities during the production Shut down periods. Build and update maintenance and equipment procedures. Maintain and coordinate all asset documentation. What we look for Qualification in Electrical Engineering with mechanical and/or process engineering knowledge a must. Full exposure to maintenance, breakdowns, repairs and mechanical engineering Driven, confident and have a CAN DO demeanor. Experience of CMMS (computerized maintenance management systems). Fault Finding AutoCAD would be helpful but not crucial. Minimum ONC or fully apprenticeship trained with sufficient on-site experience. #LI-JB5 #LI-onsite
