We are seeking a highly motivated Plumber to help us serve our sites. Bring your training and attitude to help us deliver projects on-time, in budget and as instructed. What you’ll bring to the table: * · Experience in FM with a background in retail and public building sectors. * · Hold an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in plumbing. * · Proven ability to work independently. * · Handyman experience preferred. * · Possess a valid clean UK driving licence.* · ECS/CSCS Card certification preferred. * · IPAF&BAND certifications preferred. *· Prioritse safety and quality in all your work. * · Meet project deadlines and budgets. * · Keep accurate records of completed tasks. * · Participate in a weekly on-call rota (Monday to Monday) with a frequency of no more than once every four weeks. * · Bring a passion for exceptional customer services. * · Always represent the company professionally and courteously. * · Flexibility, as some out-of-hours work may be necessary.
