This role involves working on a variety of commercial and residential sites, ensuring all systems are installed and maintained to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities * Installation, servicing, and maintenance of fire alarms, CCTV, intruder alarms, and access control systems. * Fault finding, troubleshooting, and system repairs to ensure continued operation. * Carrying out routine inspections and testing in line with industry regulations. * Providing excellent customer service and technical support to clients. * Ensuring compliance with health&safety and industry regulations. * Completing necessary documentation and reports on system performance. * Working independently or as part of a team on installations and maintenance projects. * Attending emergency call-outs and providing out-of-hours support when required. Skills&Competencies * Strong technical knowledge of fire and security systems. * Ability to diagnose and repair faults efficiently. * Understanding of BS5839 and other relevant fire and security standards. * Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. * Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively. * Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach. * Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations. Experience&Qualifications * Proven experience in the installation and maintenance of fire alarms, CCTV, intruder alarms, and access control systems. * Relevant industry qualifications (e.g., FIA, IPAF, ECS, or equivalent). * Knowledge of major security system brands is desirable. * Full UK driving licence
