Job Title: Electrician Job Type: Permanent Start Date: Immediately Location: Kensington and Chelsea Salary:£20.00 - £21.00 per hour We have an opportunity for a Multi Skilled Electrician to carry out a full range of responsive repairs, as well as planned works and voids. This is a static role therefore no van or fuel card will be provided. Responsibilities: Installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical wiring systems and fixtures in domestic social housing properties. Installing and upgrading electrical systems for heating and hot water, including boilers, immersion heaters, and heat pumps. Repairing and maintaining electrical components of hot water systems, such as unvented cylinders,and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Inspecting and testing electrical systems for functionality and safety, ensuring compliance with current regulations. Providing excellent customer service by communicating effectively with tenants about the work being carried out. Responding to tenant queries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
