Regional Support Manager– Healthcare Catering - FTC Cover Central Areas ?? About the Role As a Regional Support Manager , on a Fixed Term Contract, you will be responsible for the operational management of catering services across multiple healthcare sites within the South and Central areas of the UK.. You will lead and develop high-performing teams, ensuring contractual, financial, and operational excellence while consistently delivering outstanding patient and customer experiences. Key Responsibilities ?? People Leadership Inspire, develop, and support in leading a team to create a positive, high-performing work environment. Identify training needs and provide development opportunities to build capability and ensure succession planning. Ensure all unit teams are skilled, motivated, and have the resources to deliver exceptional service. Monitor staff performance, address absenteeism, and implement initiatives to enhance workforce efficiency. ?? Client& Customer Excellence Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior clients and on-site teams. Ensure all contractual KPIs and SLAs are consistently met or exceeded. Monitor patient and customer feedback trends, driving initiatives to improve overall satisfaction. ?? Financial& Commercial Performance Drive financial performance, ensuring all units meet or exceed budget and business targets. Regularly review unit performance, identifying opportunities for cost efficiencies and revenue growth. Develop and implement business plans to optimize financial performance across the region. ?? Operational& Safety Standards Oversee daily catering operations across multiple sites, ensuring high-quality food and service delivery. Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and overall service. Ensure full compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations across all sites. What We’re Looking For ? Experience& Skills: Management experience in catering, ideally working in a Regional Role Proven ability to manage multiple sites, P&Ls, and large teams across a region. Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, cost control, and business planning. Excellent client relationship management skills, with a focus on exceeding expectations. Strong leadership and people management capabilities, with a passion for developing high-performing teams. IT proficient, with a valid UK driving license and willingness to travel regionally. ?
