We have been engaged to assist our Client, a major national building services contractor, with recruiting a Senior MEP Project Manager. As MEP Project Manager, you will be profit-and-loss responsible for some of the largest MEP projects in the region. Electrically biased but proficient across both disciplines, you will lead the most prestigious schemes our Client works on. You will be a key member of the senior management team, and site staff will report to you. Of course, you will have the full back-office commercial and design support that befits a client of this stature. For this role, our Client is looking for an experienced Candidate with a background within one of the large national“Tier-One” building services contractors or from an independent building services contractor capable of competing with those businesses. Having risen through the ranks from the tools or made your way into management from the academic route, you will have a proven track record of large-scale project delivery.
