Mechanical Supervisor– Residential Apartments (150+ Units) Contract Duration: 18 Months About the Client&Project: My client is a leading M&E Contractor that self-delivers full mechanical packages for large-scale residential apartment developments. They are currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to oversee the successful delivery of a 150+ unit residential project. This is a non-working supervisory role, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion of mechanical works on-site. Mechanical Supervisor Key Responsibilities: * Reporting to and working closely with the Project Manager. * Supervising and coordinating all mechanical installation works. * Managing mechanical subcontractors and ensuring work meets required standards. * Overseeing QA processes. * Identifying and resolving technical issues as they arise. * Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations at all times. * Attending daily site meetings and liaising with other trades. * Delivering toolbox talks and arranging site inductions. * Driving productivity to keep the project on track for completion. Mechanical Supervisor Key Requirements: * SSSTS or SMSTS certification. * Mechanical trade qualification or engineering background. * 10+ years’ experience working for Mechanical Contractors. * Strong experience in delivering large-scale residential apartments (150+ units). * Proven ability to manage mechanical installation teams and subcontractors.
