We are looking for a skilled and experienced Mechanical Supervisor to oversee the mechanical systems and installations on our residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical systems management, team supervision, and a thorough understanding of residential and commercial building services. As the Mechanical Supervisor, you will ensure the smooth execution of mechanical works on-site, maintain safety standards, and manage the mechanical team to ensure project deadlines and quality standards are met. Mechanical Supervisor Key Responsibilities: * Supervise and manage the mechanical works on a diverse range of residential and commercial projects. * Oversee the installation, maintenance, and commissioning of mechanical systems including HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and related services. * Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other site supervisors to ensure that work progresses according to project specifications and timelines. * Ensure compliance with all building codes, health and safety regulations, and environmental standards. * Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to ensure the mechanical systems are functioning as per design. * Troubleshoot mechanical system issues and lead the resolution process. * Provide leadership, guidance, and training to a team of mechanical technicians and subcontractors. * Manage project resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to ensure optimal efficiency. * Maintain accurate documentation, including progress reports, inspections, and work logs. * Review mechanical drawings and schematics to verify installation methods and standards.
