Key Responsibilities Marketing Strategy Implementation: Execute and refine the client’s established marketing strategy to achieve business objectives. Content Development: Create high-quality marketing literature to support customer visits and email campaigns. Website&Social Media Management: Manage and update the company’s WordPress website, optimizing SEO through keywords, metadata, URLs, and alt tags. Develop and post engaging content for blogs, newsletters, and social media platforms on a consistent schedule. Performance Analysis: Use Google Analytics to measure campaign performance and provide actionable insights. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to develop and execute joint campaigns, ensuring a cohesive approach. Creative Growth: Propose and implement innovative strategies to enhance marketing efforts. Marketing Tools: Utilize platforms such as Hootsuite, Canva, Campaign Monitor,and Adobe Photoshop to deliver high-impact campaigns. Reporting: Prepare monthly presentations outlining completed tasks, campaign outcomes, and key performance metrics. Case Studies: Develop and publish case studies to highlight the client’s successes and capabilities. About You The ideal candidate will bring a mix of creativity, technical expertise, and strategic thinking to the role. Essential Requirements: Experience: A minimum of 4-5 years in a marketing role, ideally within a manufacturing or a similar sector. Technical Proficiency: Skilled in WordPress for website management and SEO enhancement. Experience with tools such as Hootsuite, Canva, Campaign Monitor, and Adobe Photoshop. Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics for performance tracking. Content Creation: Excellent writing skills, capable of crafting engaging blogs, newsletters, andsocial media posts. Collaboration: A team player with the ability to work closely with sales and other departments. Organisational Skills: Proven ability to juggle multiple projects, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines.
