This is an exciting opportunity for an experiencedManufacturing Process Engineerto join a growing company that values innovation and continuous improvement. The successfulManufacturing Process Engineerwill play a key role inoptimising manufacturing processes, improving product quality, and supporting new product development. Manufacturing Process Engineer Key Responsibilities Work alongside theSenior Projects Engineerand support theDesign& Commercial Engineeron new and existing product development. Liaise withProduction and Quality teamsto implement process improvements within agreed timeframes. PrepareNew Product Implementation (NPI) reports, ensuring accurate project status updates. Maintainstrict control over project documentationand ensure compliance with company procedures. Manage thesample process, ensuring accurate documentation is available within the company’s ERP system. Develop in-depthproduct and process knowledge, setting upBills of Materials (BOMs) and routingwithin the ERP system. Assist theTechnical Sales teamwith costing and pricing for both existing and new products. Evaluatequoted vs actual production coststo identify opportunities for process optimization and cost savings. Required Manufacturing Process Engineer Experience& Qualifications Minimumfive years’ experiencein a manufacturing environment (essential). Experience inplastics, moulding, and added-value processes(highly advantageous). Strong knowledge ofmanufacturing ERP systems(essential). Background inprocess improvement and continuous improvement(essential). Experience working withinISO 9001 (2015) or equivalent standards(advantageous). HND/Degree in Engineeringor a related field (desirable). Manufacturing Process Engineer Key Skills Strongplanning and organizationalskills with the ability to meet deadlines. Excellentproblem-solvingability and attention to detail. Effectiveverbal and written communicationskills. Proficiency inMicrosoft Office and IT systems. Ability to work independently and adapt to business needs.
