Manufacturing Process Engineer Salary& Benefits: £40,000+ per annum (DOE) Pension& Life Assurance 33 Days Holiday Career Development& Training Opportunities Working Hours: Monday– Thursday: 8:00 AM– 5:00 PM Friday: 8:00 AM– 1:00 PM (flexibility required) Manufacturing Process Engineer Role& Responsibilities: Work with Senior Engineers& Project Teams on new and existing product development Improve manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and quality Liaise with Production& Quality teams to implement process improvements Manage New Product Implementation (NPI) documentation Oversee sample processes& maintain accurate records in ERP systems Assist with cost analysis and pricing for new and existing projects Manufacturing Process Engineer Requirements: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment (essential) Strong ERP system knowledge Experience in plastics and moulding (advantageous) Process improvement and ISO 9001 experience (preferred) HND/Degree in Engineering (desirable) Manufacturing Process Engineer Skills: Excellent planning and organizational skills Proficient in Microsoft Office& IT systems Strong analytical and problem-solving ability Self-motivated and adaptable This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking company that invests in both infrastructure and people development.
