Site Agent Highways £260 -£280 Per Day CIS Rochdale and Greater Manchester We are seeking a skilled Site Agent to join our team and lead Highways projects in the Rochdale and Greater Manchester area. Our company, a long-standing partner for local authorities and government projects, is known for delivering innovative and impactful Civil Engineering solutions. Role Overview: As a Site Agent, you will play a crucial role in creating a collaborative and motivated team environment. You will work closely with a diverse range of stakeholders, from skilled on-site engineers to labourers, to ensure project objectives are met within budget and on time. You will also be responsible for: Ensuring quality control requirements are met Promoting health and safety awareness on site Ensuring accuracy of engineering drawings and specifications and resolving any conflicts Completing Method Statements and Risk Assessments for all works Managing commercial issues for project elements Representing the company in a professional and positive manner The ideal candidate for this role will have extensive knowledge of a range of Highways maintenance schemes and new developments, as well as excellent stakeholder management skills in a fast-paced environment.
