PROJECT ARCHITECT MANCHESTER Up to£50,000 pa + benefits (Dependent on Experience) Overview Our client is a renowned architectural practice committed to delivering exceptional design solutions across a diverse range of projects. They are seeking talented and experienced Project Architects to join their award-winning team and to support a breadth of exciting projects, with a diversity of both scale and sectors.  At present, this is particularly focused on large scale new-build residential schemes, large listed building refurbishments (both residential and commercial) as well as a variety of mixed-use, leisure and industrial projects. About the role As a Project Architect, you will be responsible for leading projects from inception to completion, demonstrating strong design and technical capabilities, along with excellent communication skills to engage with clients, contractors, and consultants. Key Responsibilities will include: Lead projects from feasibility through planning and to delivery, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines. Develop information packages to a working drawing level of detail. Manage workload and resource allocation for projects, while mentoring and supporting junior staff. Engage in face-to-face interactions with clients, contractors, and consultants, maintaining a high level of professionalism and communication. Conduct design and technical reviews, ensuring compliance with UK Planning and Building Regulations. Utilise strong Revit capabilities for project development. Foster a collaborative environment within the team, sharing expertise and contributing to the overall growth of the practice. About you The successful candidate will be a RIBA Part III qualified professional with a minimum of 5 years Post-Qualification Experience.  You should be able to demonstrate Experience of leading projects from feasibility through planning and to delivery Strong Revit capabilities – minimum of 5 years’ experience as a user Strong design, technical, graphic and 3D modelling skills Commercial awareness Excellent understanding of current UK Planning and Building Regulations Experience of running design and technical reviews Ability to plan, and possess strong organisational skills. Ability to work as part of a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
