ADA is exclusively partnered with an emerging startup that has built its security compliance tool. Their easy-to-use tool automates tasks, streamlines processes, simplifies workflows and keeps up with the latest regulations and standards. They’re looking to onboard a Lead Engineer experienced in Node/TypeScript/GCP to play a fundamental role in developing and scaling their greenfield product. Role: • Lead Developer (NodeJS) • £75k DOE • Hybrid (Manchester – twice a week in the office) • Professional development, social events, progression You will have complete autonomy and ownership of product development and will be working very closely with the Head of Tech, mentoringone Developer. Ideally, you’ll have experience in a start-up environment previously and enjoy the fast-paced nature of this. You’ll value simplicity and best practice - but don’t let perfection get in the way of progress. You’ll need to be passionate about building awesome stuff and not afraid to roll up your sleeves. Whilst you are predominately hands-on, you can expect to dive into everything from architecture, and bug fixes to big-picture strategy sessions.
