Interior Designer - The Role: Due to continued success and growth throughout the years, an exciting position has become available for a full-time, Interior Designer based in Manchester to join our team of designers. Main responsibilities and duties:• Uphold our ethos, look and reputation • Handling a multitude of budgets from £100K to multi-million • Conceptual luxury designs • Site visits • Detailed CAD&Technical drawings• 3D Renders • Liaising with suppliers and contractors over the phone and in person Interior Designer - Candidate Specification: The successful candidate will have proven success in handling luxury projects from concept to completion. They will only consider candidates without the luxury designexperience who have a passion for luxury interior design and can demonstrate that their skills are transferable. Key Skills and Qualifications: • The candidate must have at least 2 years’ experience for this position • AutoCAD • Sketchup or 3D Rendering experience like enscape • Interior Architecture Knowledge • Knowledge of luxury furnishings • Project Management skills • Working successfully under pressure • M&E Drawings• Create digital and physical mood boards • Ability to work with speed and accuracy • Excellent communication skills • Ability to thrive under stress • Confident, Sociable&Ability to converse appropriately and effectively with high-end clientele.• Be impeccably presentable at all times • Willing to learn and have the ability to appropriately inject their personality into this role. • In-depth knowledge of the interior industry and luxury suppliers • In-depth knowledge of textiles • A passion for furniture and design • Keep up todate with trends through social media, magazine, trade events etc. • Ability to multitask&Think outside of the box• Use initiative&Have an eye for detail• Wanting a long term career Experience of the following and advantage: Interior Design, CAD, Technical Drawings, Luxury designs, Sketchup, Project Management, Interior Designer, Architectural Designer, Interior Architect, CAD Draughtsman If you feel you have the necessary skills and experience tobe successful in this role click on “APPLY” today, forwarding an up to date copy of your CV for consideration in the first instance.
