Service: Family Contact Service, Children and Families Reports to: Team Coordinator Job Family: People Care& Support (Direct Provision) Location: Post code M9 4DD Pay Rate: 15 per hour Working Hours: 35 hours per week, between 9:00-18:00 (depending on workload) Working Arrangement: Office-based, must have a full UK driving licence and own vehicle Key Role Descriptors: Facilitate, supervise, and observe Contact visits, providing support and advice to children and parents. Undertake observation and assessment of Supervised Contact visits. Provide information and accurately record Contacts, monitoring the review action plan with the Social Worker. Key Role Accountabilities: Understand Child Protection procedures and MCC social work procedures. Contribute to the assessment of child and family needs using the Assessment Framework. Manage all aspects of Contact visits, resolving behavioural and emotional issues. Ensure accurate and complete Child’s Contact Records. Commit to continuous self-development and service improvement.
