Your focus will be ensuring compliance with housing regulations, efficiently handling disrepair claims, and driving the resolution process. Description Lead and manage disrepair cases, ensuring compliance with housing laws and regulations. Oversee the investigation, inspection, and resolution of disrepair complaints. Develop and implement proactive strategies to minimise disrepair claims and improve overall service delivery. Work closely with contractors, legal teams, and residents to facilitate timely resolutions. Ensure robust documentation and record-keeping for all disrepair cases. Manage and support a team of professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback. Stay up to date with housing regulations, disrepair case law, and industry best practices. Maintain positive relationships with residents, ensuring their concerns are addressed in a professional and empathetic mannerProfile To be successful in this role, you should have proven experience in disrepair management or a similar capacity within the housing sector.
