As a BDM you will be completely focused on winning new clients in the CEECA region (Central&Eastern Europe and Central Asia) so a proven track record in attracting and winning new business is essential. What you need to be successful in this role: Essential:- To be a proven commercial winner with experience delivering in a high-growth international business.  To be a skilled verbal and written communicator, experienced operating at Board level both internally and with clients/prospects.  To be a resilient and tenacious operator who understands the need for positive persistence.
