Client Engagement: Lead workshops and client meetings, providing expert guidance through complex transformations and ensuring clients get the most from their Workday HCM solution. End-to-End Delivery: Take ownership of smaller workstreams, managing offshore teams to deliver successful Workday HCM Cloud transformations, from design through to deployment. Solution Development: Collaborate with clients to design and implement best-practice, tailored solutions that improve business processes and increase operational efficiency. Team Leadership: Mentor and collaborate with offshore teams, driving successful project outcomes and client satisfaction. What Will You Need? Workday Core HCM certification (required). Hands-on experience in implementing at least one Workday HCM module in a consulting capacity. Strong project management skills with experience leading workstreams and offshore teams. Ability to build relationships and collaborate with client teams, delivering high-quality solutions to complex challenges. Awareness of key delivery methodologies and emerging trends in cloud-based technology. Bonus Points for: Additional Workday certifications (e.g., Learning, Payroll, Absence, Talent). Experience mentoring junior team members and fostering a collaborative environment. Locations: While the role is primarily based in London, there are also opportunities to work from key hubs across the UK, including Manchester, Birmingham, and Leeds.
