Van Stock Management: Manage stock effectively to achieve thehighest possible first-time fix rates. Diagnostic Expertise: Perform thorough diagnostics on appliances to minimise recall rates, consistently operating below a 4% recall rate. Detailed Reporting: Compile detailed reports and take pictures of appliances and properties to ensure accurate documentation. Maintain Work Areas: Leave every work area clean and tidy, clearing away debris and water after each visit. Damage Prevention: Document the work area with photos to protect against potential damage queries. Parts Management: Regularly collect parts from local depots or parcel lockers. Check all parts for accuracy and report any errors or damage promptly to the parts department. Update the system with collected parts and ensure they align with job requirements. Vehicle Maintenance: Keep your company vehicle clean, report any damage, and notify your manager of any issues or incidents. Communication: Stay in regular contact with the office via WhatsApp to stay informed about schedule changes and respond promptly to queries regarding parts or reports.
