Job Title: Wet Trade Operative Job Type: Temporary Job Category: Property Services Location: London Borough of Ealing Salary:£20.00 per hour We have an opportunity for a Wet Trade Operative to join a responsive maintenance contract with a social housing provider based in West London. The primary focus of this role is to undertake tasks aimed at achieving first time fixes while delivering high-quality workmanship in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring excellent customer service for the client at all times. Responsibilities: Undertaking all plastering tasks to achieve first time fix and deliver a high standard of workmanship in a timely and productive manner always affording excellent customer service to the client. Undertaking patch and larger plastering works, decorating, tiling and other associated maintenance tasks.
