This role is ideal for an experienced professional with a strong background in artificial intelligence, AI governance, and financial services, who can engage senior stakeholders and influence AI strategy at an enterprise level. Key Responsibilities of an AI Strategy Lead: Lead AI strategy and governance initiatives, ensuring compliance and ethical implementation of AI solutions. Identify, assess, and oversee AI use cases, aligning them with business priorities. Engage with senior leadership to promote AI awareness and adoption across various teams. Develop AI-focused training programmes to upskill internal teams and enhance organisational AI capability. Monitor emerging trends in AI and financial technology to inform strategic decision-making. Candidate Profile for an AI Strategy Lead: Strong academic background in Banking, Finance, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline. Extensive experience in AI strategy, governance, and implementation within financial services. Demonstrated ability to liaise with senior executives and bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.
