Job Title: Start-Up Administrative Generalist with Bookkeeping Experience (ideally) Location: North London (Angel) Company: Reelables Job Type: Full-Time About Us: We're Reelables, and make paper-thin shipping labels that track packages and cargo all over the world. We're still pretty small, but just landed fresh new funding, several large customer contracts, and are growing incredibly fast. It's all happening here in a warehouse in North London, a stone's throw from the heart of Angel where we do all the software development, high-tech manufacturing, and shipping and receiving. We need help keeping everything going smoothly and looking for a versatile Administrative Generalist to join our team... someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can wear multiple hats! Key Responsibilities: * Provide comprehensive administrative support across various functions, including scheduling and communications * Assist with bookkeeping tasks, such as managing accounts payable/receivable and maintaining accurate financial records. * Coordinate shipping and receiving operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of orders. * Support trade show preparations, including logistics, inventory management, and on-site assistance. * Help organise and maintain filing systems for both administrative and financial documents. * Collaborate with team members on various projects and initiatives as needed. Qualifications: * Proven experience in an administrative or generalist role, preferably in a start-up or possibly even a manufacturing environment. * Basic bookkeeping skills and familiarity with accounting principles. * Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. Xero, Dext) and Microsoft Office Suite. * Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * A proactive, adaptable attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
