Key Responsibilities: * Internal Fit-Out Leadership: Oversee the full fit-out process across multiple units, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and timely delivery. * Quality Control: Maintain strict compliance with project specifications, focusing on achieving exceptional finishes that exceed client expectations. * Coordination: Liaise with subcontractors, site teams, and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of all internal elements, from first fix to handover. * Problem Solving: Tackle on-site challenges with proactive solutions to keep the project on track. * Progress Reporting: Provide clear and consistent updates to senior management on milestones and any issues arising during the internal fit-out phase.
