Site Manager (CIS)– Demolition&Groundworks We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee the demolition and groundworks of a residential project in London. This is a freelance role for approximately four months, requiring strong leadership and previous experience in demolition and shallow drainage/groundworks. About the Role: * Leading the demolition of two four-story residential blocks * Managing site operations and ensuring work is carried out safely and efficiently * Overseeing shallow drainage and basic groundworks * Coordinating with subcontractors and ensuring compliance with health&safety regulations * Keeping the project on schedule and within budget * Completing all the necessary site paperwork and documentation Requirements: * Proven experience in demolition and groundworks * Strong leadership skills and ability to manage site teams * SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Gold), and First Aid certification required * Solid understanding of health&safety regulations * Available to start mid March on a self-employed basis If you are interested, please apply with your CV or reach out for more
