About the role: As Senior Quantity Surveyor you will oversee the financial and contractual aspects of high-end property projects. You will handle cost estimates, manage budgets, negotiate contracts, and monitor financial performance throughout theproject. The role involves procurement, subcontractor management, and ensuring projects meet financial targets without compromising on quality.
