Role/Responsibilities: * Supporting senior Quantity Surveyors in delivering cost management and procurement services across commercial, residential, retail and leisure projects * Assisting in preparing cost estimates, tender documents, and financial reports * Attending client meetings and site visits to gain real-world exposure to live projects * Working towards RICS chartership with structured support and mentoring * Developing your technical and commercial knowledge through hands-on experience and industry training What’s in It for You? * A competitive salary of £25,000 - £32,000 with opportunities for progression * A structured training and mentorship programme to help you develop into a Chartered Quantity Surveyor * The chance to work on high-profile projects that shape Scotland’s built environment * A supportive and collaborative work environment, with a focus on professional growth * A City Centre office location, offering a great working environment What We’re Looking For: * Currently UK based with a right to work * Degree in Quantity Surveying (either currently studying orrecently graduated), with any experience of working as a trainee/graduate Quantity Surveyor whilst studying an added advantage * A keen interest in construction, cost management and project delivery * Strong numerical and analytical skills, with great attention to detail * Excellent communication and teamwork abilities * A proactive mindset, eager to learn and develop within a leading QS
