Position Senior Quantity Surveyor Start March / April Salary£70k - £80k plus package Office Location South East (Hybrid Projects The City / Greater London Profile This Senior Quantity Surveyor role is to work on a permanent basis for a contractor who have a strong foot hold in both the Retail sector. Due to their success over recent years where they have delivered high end and quality schemes, they have recently secured several new long-term framework with a Major high street brand, which now puts them in a fantastic position to start investing in a new team Role We are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor who ideally has experience of ideally working on Retail / fit out or commercial projects or have good knowledge of frameworks in general and can help their team deliver jobs up to £10m. Your duties will be to – · Working closely with the commercial team to maintain commercial viability. · Supply chain management · Expenditure evaluations · Involvement with the subcontract procurement process · Contractual documentation - control and administration · Collate and calculate site information for the commercial team · Communicate with site and operational team members for accurate recording of info.
