Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute retail strategies to enhance performance and align with healthcare goals.
• Manage budgeting, P&L, and financial targets to maximise profitability.
• Lead teams to uphold quality standards, compliance, and customer engagement.
• Collaborate with commercial, culinary, and marketing teams to optimise products and services.
• Analyse performance metrics and implement improvements.
• Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and brand perception initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Support and develop retail excellence programmes aligned with brand values.
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
• Leadership experience in retail or food service with strong operational expertise.
• Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans aligned with business goals.
• Skilled in building relationships with stakeholders, suppliers, and franchise partners.
• Strong P&L management, budgeting, and cost optimisation experience.
• Data-driven decision-maker focused on continuous improvement.
