As part of their continued growth, they are looking for a talented and highly motivated Audit&Reporting Accountant to join their finance team. Key Responsibilities: * Prepare and oversee statutory reporting and accounts, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines. * Produce financial reports, providing insightful analysis to aid decision-making. * Support the audit process, liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth and effective audits. * Maintain a strong control environment to ensure the integrity of financial operations. * Monitor and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including FRS 102 and IFRS. * Assist with ad hoc financial analysis and reporting requests. Key Requirements: * Newly qualified ACA (top 20 practice preferred). * Strong understanding of statutory accounting and audit processes. * Familiarity with FRS 102 and IFRS standards. * Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Strong technical skills with attention to detail. * Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
