We are recruiting for a Receptionist to work on a full-time, permanent basis for one of our brilliant law firm clients! This role is working Monday to Friday, 8am-5:30pm between their stunning Bankside and Mayfair offices. You will be working as part of a team of 4 friendly professionals so it is important that you are a team player, have excellent customer service and communication skills and always willing to get involved! This position offers a great salary up to 33,500 depending on experience and has brilliant benefits! Duties include: - Providing 5* Corporate Front of House customer service. - Meeting and greeting customers and clients. - Supporting on the switchboard. - Arranging and setting up meeting rooms. - Managing catering. - Supporting with AV set up and troubleshooting. - General tasks as and when required. Skills required: - Previous Front of House experience in a law firm or professional services environment is essential. - Exceptional Front of House and customer service skills. - Willingness to go above and beyond. - Excellent attitude, positive and proactive. - Excellent communication skills. - Friendly, approachable and enthusiastic. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
