Role: Project Manager – Central London – Up To £105,000 + Pension + Expensed Travel + Healthcare + Bonus Responsibilities: * Planning, develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations. * Manage the construction team, including subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel. * Identify potential risks to the project * Client Communication, act as the main point of contact for clients, providing updates on progress, addressing concerns, and managing expectations.* Ensure that the project adheres to all health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment for all personnel. * Reporting and Documentation, Maintain thorough documentation throughout the project.
