The Asset Optimisation team of our clinet (A large housing association) is looking for project manager support to help deliver their void disposal programme targets for 2024-2025.  The role combines project management disciplines with property/ real estate options appraisal functions, and includes the initial identification of poorly performing assets, through to the sale and completion of the property.  Ideal candidate will have strategic asset management experience, inparticular asset performance analysis and options appraisal modelling. They're looking for a analytical individual that can perform well under pressure, manage multiple projects and deliver within set deadlines. Being able to communicate and convey complex data to various stakeholders, including internal colleagues is a key attribute for the suitable candidate.  Previous asset management, real estate or development experience could be transferrable to this role; being confident to inspect properties and identify issues is desirable. Being commercially minded but socially aware is a must.Most importantly, they're looking for an individual who can work independently as well as thrive in a fast-paced team orientated working environment.
