Typically their projects are in‘zone 1’ ranging from CAT B fit outs for blue chip businesses and challenging Cut&Carve projects up to£150M. Their London turnover sits around £350M and have lots of big jobs in the pipeline. They have been successful in attracting and recruiting some of the industry’s best talent, creating a recognisable brand and establishing themselves as an industry leader. Roles&Responsibilities: * Managing and leading the health and safety standards. * Seek allocation of suitable and available resource to satisfy the tender deliverables. * Maintain contact, where required, with potential Clients, Professional Teams, and their stakeholders during tender progress. * Liaising and managing the design management team. * Delivering the work packages in line with programme constraints, quality standards and budgets. * Meeting and exceeding client expectations to drive repeat business. * Managing of client relationships.
