As part of their continued growth, they are now looking for a Senior H&S Advisor or CDM Principal Designer to play a vital role within their team. You will work closely with clients, designers, and contractors, ensuring compliance with CDM Regulations 2015 and delivering expert health&safety guidance across a range of projects. Specialising in the Education and Commercial sectors, this forward-thinking firm delivers a wide range of projects, including new build schemes, fire door renewals, cladding replacements, ventilation systems, and fire alarm upgrades. The Role: Act as Principal Designer, ensuring compliance with CDM 2015 regulations Provide CDM and health&safety advice to clients, designers, and contractors Review and prepare pre-construction information, risk assessments, and method statements Attend project meetings to offer guidance on health&safety issues and promote a culture of safety awareness Conduct site visits to assess compliance with health&safety standards Deliver CDM training and workshops to project stakeholders Prepare and maintain Health&Safety Files and documentation Assist with business development, bid writing, and tender submissions Cover Essex, London visits and occasionally nationwide project dependant The Person: A degree in Health&Safety, Construction, or a related field Extensive experience in a CDM or health&safety consultancy role Strong understanding of CDM Regulations 2015 and industry best practices Chartered Membership (IOSH, APS, or equivalent) preferred Excellent communication and organisational skills Full driving license and access to own vehicle Contact: (url
