This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing dynamic team with a privately owned Multi-ModalFreight Forwarding&Logistics group situated along the M3 corridor, approximately 20 miles from the London Heathrow gateway and 49 miles from Southampton port to the South - a great location for a logistics hub for shipping and warehousing. Multi-modal import Coordinator Role: Manage import clearances into the UK across all shipping modes: Air, Road and Sea. Arranging multi-modal import/export deliveries and transport in the UK. Assist with import bookings to UK from overseas countries&managing some client accounts (local, national, and international) and following up on service expectations to various clients. Providing rates to specific sales channel clients. Some invoice processing and tie-up of client's paperwork for their records. Manage queries and resolve problems.Essential requirements: Min 3 years current experience as a freight forwarder import/export clerk in the UK.
