Our Motor Vehicle Section boasts fully fitted, recently refurbished workshops equipped with the latest technology, including investments in hybrid/electric vehicle technology. This role is ideal for someone passionate about the Motor Vehicle industry and education, looking to shape the future of young learners aged 16-19. Day-to-day of the role: Deliver educational programs to students in Motor Vehicle/Automotive technology, focusing on both theoretical and practical aspects. Engage and motivate students aged 16-19, ensuring high levels of participation and progress. Utilize up-to-date equipment and resources to provide high-quality training in both traditional and emerging technologies in the automotive field. Participate in the development and introduction of new courses, such as IMI qualifications, to enhance the curriculum. Maintain a dynamic and inclusive learning environment that fosters the academic and professional growth of students. Required Skills& Qualifications: Qualified to a minimum of Level 3 in Motor Vehicle/Automotive. Experience gained within the Motor Vehicle industry. Some experience in teaching, training, or assessing, with a willingness to engage and inspire young learners. Excellent communication skills and a passion for the Motor Vehicle sector.
