Maintenance Supervisor - Luxury Residential - Central/West London Our client is a leading high-end residential construction company based in west London. They are growing their maintenance team and are looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor. This person will be responsible for managing and supervising day to day maintenance queries of company clients, reporting into the Maintenance Manager. The ideal candidate for this role with be/have: Basic understanding of Mechanical&Electrical Systems At least 2 years' experience in property maintenance (preferably High-End Residential) An excellent communicator Tidy and Presentable Valid UK driving licenseSalary: Competitive salary dependent on experience Start Date: ASAP
