This position combines hands-on technical expertise with leadership and problem-solving responsibilities to deliver exceptional results for a diverse range of clients. The Role: Lead and manage a team of maintenance specialists, ensuring consistently high service standards. Serve as the main point of contact for the team’s more complex technical queries. Conduct site visits to assess quality, address challenging issues, and uphold rigorous standards. Provide technical guidance to team members, enabling prompt and effective problem resolution. Oversee in-house maintenance work to meet client expectations and adhere to industry best practices. Maintain accurate documentation, including RAMS and necessary approval records, and coordinate with third-party contractors as needed. Assist with preparing project proposals, budgets, and schedules. Ensure safety protocols are strictly followed, identifying and minimizing risks. About You: Strong management, communication, and organizational skills. Advanced knowledge of maintenance tools and techniques, along with a solid understanding of commercial building systems, electrical, and plumbing.
