Maintenance Builder/Multi-trader SW London
My client is currently recruiting for a maintenance builder based at a historic site based in SW London. You have a proven track record in commercial maintenance.
Sector: Commercial Maintenance
Duties will include roofing including repairing tiles, flat roof's, painting and decoration, small brickwork, fencing and general maintenance duties around the site.
Hours are 7.30am to 4pm Monday to Friday
Salary is 35-37K depending on experience.
