The Role… This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior IFA Administrator to play a key role in supporting our clients and team. You will manage your own workload, handling tasks delegated by the Team Manager, and working closely with clients and colleagues in a professional, detail-oriented manner. This is a technical administrative role, suitable to both aspiring paraplanners and career administrators with the required skills& experience. Key Responsibilities… Processing and submitting new business in line with the new business workflow Submitting Letters of Authority and gathering all necessary plan details for research and analysis Greeting and assisting clients, and responding to incoming enquiries Rebalancing client portfolios, including buying and selling Accurately processing client withdrawals and contributions, ensuring completion Preparing client packs for Annual Review meetings, and completing post-meeting tasks Writing basic Suitability Reports Conducting research for new business cases, primarily focusing on fund and cost analysis What you need... A minimum of two years’ experience in a similar IFA administration role High attention to detail and the ability to manage your own workload independently Ideally working towards or already holding R0 qualifications (we support staff development with bonuses for exam success) Previous experience with the following platforms would be advantageous: Intelliflo A J Bell Transact Royal London Canada Life International FE Analytics Employee Benefits: Starting salary of up to 30,000 (Dependent on experience) 24 days holiday Company pension scheme Income protection (75% of salary, payable after a 13-week deferred period) Group life cover (4x salary) Team bonus Exam Support - Bonus for every exam passed.
