A dedicated HR Operations Associate is required to join a professional Human Resources department within a Financial Services company. The role involves managing HR systems, delivering HR services, and providing support for various HR projects. Description Manage HR systems, including Workday, Service Now and Jira. Deliver high-quality HR services to employees across the company. Support HR projects, from planning through to delivery. Assist in the development of HR policies and procedures. Collaborate with the wider HR team to achieve departmental objectives. Continually strive to improve HR systems and processes. Handle HR data with confidentiality and integrity. Utilise MS Office to produce accurate and insightful reports. Profile A successful HR Operations Associate will have: A solid understanding of HR systems, including Workday, Service Now and Jira. (Please note you will need to be a mid/advanced user of Workday with at least 3 years of recent (last 5 years) experience of using the platform daily. Proficiency in MS Office. An ability to deliver high-quality HR services. Experience supporting HR projects. A commitment to improving HR systems and processes. A respect for the confidentiality and integrity of HR data. An existing right to live and work in the UK without the need for sponsorship The ability to be in office 5 days per week. Contracted hours are 8am - 6pm with 1 hour for lunch.
