Medacs are recruiting for an Operations Manager for our Workforce solutions division to work on a hybrid basis from one of our key clients and from home. You will have operational management of processes, assisting in achieving all service level and financial objectives within the contract whilst leading, developing, and inspiring your team to deliver outstanding customer service.
